What is design without manufacturing?
It's sort of a chicken and egg scenario. You can't develop a product without considering manufacturing methods, and you can't manufacture a design that's not yet been conceived. They need to be two halves of the same whole. We offer manufacturing services hand-in-hand with our design services. This means that your product is designed with real time consideration of the manufacturing techniques used, shortening development time, minimising costs and ensuring that the transition to production goes as smoothly as possible.

What good is designing a product that is going to be prohibitively expensive, or worse - impossible to manufacture? Our knowledge of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles and best practices mean that from the word go, every design decision will consider the final manufacturing and assembly process
LOW VOLUME MANUFACTURING
In-house 3D Printers, CNC routers and laser cutters mean we can offer batch production for when you only need a relatively low quantity of parts. Usually this can be anywhere from 10-500 units, but pushing our limits is what we like to do, so if you need more, let us know and we can work on a solution
