Who we are
STEP 3D are a team of product/industrial design engineers located in Glasgow, Scotland. We collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, artists and businesses both in the local area and internationally.
Why us?
STEP 3D was founded by Euan Quigley and Dickon Walker in order to bridge the gap between design and prototyping. We thoroughly believe that the best design comes from ensuring that there is constant interaction between the design process and physical prototypes.
We use 3D printed prototypes to develop our designs in as short a time as possible. Once a prototype has been designed using computer-aided design software, we can 3D print it to have an exact physical replica in our hands in a few hours. This means we can prototype more iterations, far quicker than other design agencies.
Our Mission
First and foremost, our mission is to enable people to turn their own ideas and dreams into reality. While doing that we aim to optimise the reciprocating link between 3D design and 3D printing.
